[ECODP-dev] Some interesting feedback on the portal

He touches upon URIs
* in general, there is indeed an issue since URI field in metadata is
mapped to URL in ckan - which confuses people. The URI of the dataset
should be in namespace that the publisher controls, not the catalog URL
* he refers to URL of resources and says that this is a bad URI. Well, it
was never meant to be one - it's a location to dowload a file.

In general it would be very helpful if we could make the sparql endpoint
work and send him the link
