[ECODP-dev] rdf export

Hi,

I also tried the rdf-export plugin on a old version.
And then I get many of these error messages.

http://publications.europa.eu/open-data/data/dataset/gPVyqZPOnNI1VYXfXe7Nzg.rdf:
       HTTP Error 404: (Not Found)

These datasets are created through rdf2ckan import REST calls. It
seems that the associated RDF has not been created.
What is the cause? And how to fix that?
