[ECODP-dev] Dataset issue resolved

Hi David,

I cleaned up the database again on odp.tenforce.com. I run the
rdf2ckan with the jrc dataset on which we have the ODP-194 ticket.
This worked, then I ran the ckan_rdf_export.sh, that resulted in RDF
And then I uploaded to virtuoso.

This flow works now.

Here is a query on the sparql endpoint.
