[ECODP-dev] Metadata Language field

Hi John and Darwin,

in the light of our discussion on the multi-lingual meta data the
field "Metadata Language " yields confusion.

Do you mean with it "the language in which the title/description/..."
are provided, or the languages in which the data is being provided.
Note that the label for the public is just "language".

Can you clarify this?
