Hi David,

if you look to this:

http://odp.tenforce.com/en/data/dataset/6piCoKw0CB8c6hQdctplNg.rdf

Then indeed as you mentioned today it contains a catalog record.
However it is empty and not built as the intention is today to be inline
with DCAT-AP.
