[ECODP-dev] update on translations 0.9

Hello,

I see a message that translations are in "test server" and in
ckanext-ecportal.

If we do just pull of the git repository, shall we take only changes for
translations or we include anything that is for release 1 currently ?

Can you give us directions on the matter ?
