[ECODP-dev] latest ckan v1.8.1 on odp.tenforce.com

Hi,

The latest ckan version is online.
w.r.t. the languages: only the 5 base are present.
Anything needed in the build to activate them?

Also do not forget to update the language selector in the same way as
the drupal one. (order and labels).
