[ECODP-dev] EU ODP test server

Dear Agnieszka,

I just wanted to let you know that we've enabled SSL for the publishers
area so that Tenforce can test some of the fixes that we've made for the
security related tickets which are part of this release.

Unfortunately due to an infrastructure issue within the 10F network SSL is
running on a different port to usual. This means you may see a "404 page
not found" error message if you try to log into the publishers area on the
test server. This is not something to worry about, it's simply because all
SSL pages are at the address https://212.71.25.148*:444*/ rather than
https://212.71.25.148/ which is where CKAN expects to find them.

It's still possible to access the publishers area on the test server but
it's a little bit tricky because of this. Therefore I would advise using
the odp.tenforce.com server for reviewing anything in the publishers area
for the moment. Sorry for any inconvenience but this is out of our control.
