[ECODP-dev] testing results

Hi,

I've made a copy of the sheet here and added comments where we need
clarification. Please can you have a look and add the requested details.

Note that several of these items in this sheet relate to adding new
validation or making changes to the user interface. As we've never
discussed these changes they are clearly out of scope for this release.
