[ECODP-dev] Update of metadata provided by "old" data providers

Hello Darwin,

Data providers must have the possibility to change/update any metadata of the record they provided eg. the description, contact details etc.
Those that sent zip packages can do it in the same mode, those for whom we created account can do it via UI. However, we don't know how it could be done for those that sent data to TenForce before September 2012.
