[ECODP-dev] latest publisher update creates problems

Hi Bert,

Thanks, this was a bug, I have pushed a fix to our Git repos and updated
the commit hash in the release notes (in our shared folder on Google
Drive). I have also added the update corporate bodies file, and have run
the command on the test server.

Note: you can often get more information by setting the CKAN log level to
INFO instead of WARN, although I don't think it would have helped much in
this specific case.
