[ECODP-dev] Laura James added to the project list

Hi Bert and Bastiaan,

Just a quick note to say that Laura James has been added to the project
list so you may see Laura joining in with conversations in future.

Incidentally I think it might be worth creating another list that includes
all of us and the EC? (For technical discussion and general PM rather than
comms). If you agree I can set this up.
