Hi Bert,

I have created a card here to co-ordinate the work on this. As you know
it's very difficult for us to diagnose anything without a copy of the live
DB and the logs. Have you spoken to them at all. Do you know if they are
going to send these today and are aware that we can't advise without them?

It seems that it would be worth having a quick call so that we all know
what's been done so far and can agree the next steps.
