Hello

The only change for full dubgging should be modifying the config:

/applications/ecodp/users/ecodp/ckan/etc/ecodp/ecodp.ini

to have:

[logger_ckan]
level = INFO
handlers = console, file
qualname = ckan
propagate = 0

they can give us the logs from

/var/log/ckan/ecodp/ecodp.log

They also should give us the logs from the live system as it is likely that
they will not be able to reproduce this issue there.
