[ECODP-dev] A couple of notes on the new theme

Hi Bert,

Just a note on a couple of things

* The top-nav is currently not consistent between the two sections. (There
is no padding to the left of the home tab in the Drupal sections). It would
be good if you could modify yours to be consistent with ours.
* Agnieszka mentioned that the links in the footer should change. Do you
know what the changes are?
