[ECODP-dev] Purging history

Hi Dimitrios,

There is no current API call that will purge all deleted datasets for a
given publisher.

There is a paster command that can purge individual datasets, or you can
purge all deleted datasets using the web UI at
http://odp.tenforce.com/data/ckan-admin/trash.
