[ECODP-dev] Test server for release 09.00 work

Hi Darwin,

here is the best process to go for.

Next week we will deprecate the currrent odp.tenforce.com and turn it
into an internal machine.
Release 00.09.00 will be deployed on a new fresh frontend machine
which will take the place of current machine serving odp.tenforce.com.
Release 00.09.00 will be deployed as it will be done on PO infrastructure.

So to happen that for your side:
a) the ckan-rpm package should work
b) the exact source tags should be provided to create the ckan rpm package of.

So to reach your goal to get the ckan 00.09.00 on the odp.tenforce.com
machine assistence and information for the above to actions should be
provided.
