[ECODP-dev] Question: rdf migration script effect.

Hi John and David,

If you execute the data migration command in release 01.00.00 which updates
the RDF inside the ckan database to comply with the new namespace, does it
then also update the publishers reference for the manual edited ones? Or is
it done only when the dataset is updated?
