[ECODP-dev] Question: rdf migration script effect.

Hi John,

I mean the rdf property <dct:publisher rdf:resource="
http://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/corporate-body/SG"/>

in release 00.09.0x and before CKAN generated <dct:publisher rdf:resource="
http://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/corporate-body/sg"/>
(with lowercase)

So in case an existing dataset refers to the second uri, will the ckan
upgrade (which does an RDF update on all rdf's in CKAN) the content of the
generated RDF's too?
