[ECODP-dev] PRODUCTION 09 to 01 testing upgrade

Hello,
fyi,

as we discussed I loaded the database of 09 and then followed the steps 
of

, from the paragraph to upgrade the db "upgrading from release 09"

It is 17:22, and we wait to see the final outcome. It is at the part of  
migrate-odp-namespace.

The only clue we have is that postgres shows "UPDATE", and is operating 
with 50%CPU and 3% Memory. This is only an indication that the process 
is on going.
