[ECODP-dev] PRODUCTION 09 to 01 testing upgrade

Hello,

I remembered in the threaded mails we had a command such as this:
$ paster --plugin=ckanext-ecportal ecportal purge-task-data -c

I am trying to apply now this before the upgrade.
