[ECODP-dev] term translation api

Hello

I think the confusion exists for 2 reasons.

 * Interface translations i.e "Publisher" does come up in the api.

 * On the other hand vocabulary translation is in the api, but it is keyed
by uri not English if available. i.e

show?terms=http://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/country/GRC<http://odp.tenforce.com/data/api/action/term_translation_show?terms=http://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/country/GRC>
