Hi,

Yes maybe.

The first point I note is the link from the home page, which is supposed to trigger https while is do not. May I be wrong?

What I see
http://open-data.europa.eu/en/data/user/login

What I imagine to be
https://open-data.europa.eu/en/data/user/login

More info can be provided by André once he will have completed the install.

Ps: Please include Vafa Sabete (in cc) who will takeover the project for OP from 15/09/2013.

Let us know if this problem continues today. As it works in several test environments it may be that the issue is with the configuration of the proxy/load balancer server in live?

Thanks for your prompt answer. Unfortunately, we didn't finish the installation of 00.09 on prod and had to re-open 00.08 to public for the week-end.

Install of 00.09 will continue on Monday morning and I propose we see there how it goes with login for DP.

Hello Bert, Dimitrios,

While managing deployment of release 00.09.xx on prod, we discovered a serious issue:  The mechanism for getting into "Data publisher area" does not work properly. When a user clicks on the link from the banner, he is re-directed to the login page which is fine but once he has filled his login/password and then clicked on "Sign in", it fails. No chance to come in.

We will continue and complete the installation anyway but please look at this problem with top 1 priority to investigate what is going on.

André will provide you with a username + password you can use for testing yourself the actual behaviour on prod env.
