[ECODP-dev] dataset from virtuoso

Hello Olivier,

There must be a problem in the configuration of ckan2ts, and 
specifically no slash after the namespace in SparQL returned results 
from linked-data page

I observe that the sparql returns results concatenating the dataset and 
the id:

http://open-data.europa.eu/data/datasetLqNZASZCbo6uNucdBD7g

instead :

http://open-data.europa.eu/data/dataset/LqNZASZCbo6uNucdBD7g
