[ECODP-dev] ckan api call does not work

Hi Bert,

This issue should now be resolved. It seems that someone at TenForce had
commented out the following line in the Apache config:

WSGIPassAuthorization On

As noted in a comment above this line, this needs to be enabled in order to
authenticate users via the API, so I have uncommented it and restarted
Apache.

I don't think that this is the cause of your other issue however.
