[ECODP-dev] Lost datasets of EDA

Hi Agnieszka,

Overall we would definitely not expect migrating to a new release to cause
the loss of any datasets.  Some things we would recommend your sysadmins
should check to help diagnose

* Run a reindex of Solr
* How does the timing of adding this publisher and datasets fit in with the
deployment of the new release. Were the datasets definitely added before
the DB dump was created for the upgrade?
* Check whether those datasets are in the Postgres DB?
