Hi John

in order to run the paster command for "purge-task-data", *must* they 
have exclusive access to postgres in order to work with it ? that means 
block everyone from accessing site and making new connections to 
postgresql ?

if they allow anyone to access the page, shall they have problems ??

How long do you think it should take to finish ?
