Hi Bert,

Without having a test case with the steps to recreate the issue it's very
difficult for us to advise on this. However from the error message it looks
like the most likely cause is an invalid JSON hence my suggestion to check
that the file is valid JSON and to try it yourselves with the exact same
JSON that they are using.
