 Dear all,

This is a reminder that our deadline for submitting sessions is the 30th of
March. We suggest the following sessions, but really happy to hear your
ideas:

   - Data literacy standards
    - Outcome: co- create standards around data literacy including perhaps
data training curriculum, accreditation, teaching methods, etc.
I think we
are in the best position to run such a session!
       - How to run a data expedition
      - Outcome: A clear idea of how data expeditions are run
   - Fishbowl; sharing lessons on data literacy trainings from around the
world (featuring the ScoDa fellows, making space for others to come in and
discuss how data literacy trainings have differed)
    - Outcome: sharing experiences among people from around the world
      around data literacy, cultural

All ideas are in this pad:
http://2014.okfestival.org/programme/propose-a-session/

Happy to jump on a call this week with whoever is interested! Please reply
here if you would like to be part of this!

Best,
Milea

Everyone,

In another thread Adolfo has raised that he'd like to see a School of Data
networking session at OKFest. Since the submission is on March 16th I
started a pad:
http://okfnpad.org/p/School-of-data-session-okfest-2014

Please help us shape this session:
- The pad is to be edited: Fill in your ideas of how we can name/describe
the session and what can be possible outcomes/points to discuss

- (co-) facilitate. I will probably be busy with a lot of stuff at OKFest
and will not have time to prepare and facilitate the session. If you wish
to (co-) facilitate: put your name there.

Thanks,
    Michael
