Katleen, believe it or not, these dates are all bad.

There are two that I could conceivably join you: 18 May and 30 May. However,
in the first instance I would cut a day from a multi-day writing session I
already have scheduled and the second date falls on a U.S. holiday. I really
don’t want to travel for either option, even if I were to arrive the morning
of the meeting.

It would be much less expensive for you and much more convenient for me if
we could do it by Skype. I would be willing to get up early for that, say at
10 a.m. your time. If that would be agreeable, I could also add 9 May as an
option, followed in order of preference by 18 and 30 May. All these dates
also coincide with Marco’s availability.

Dear member of the Advisory Board,

As your input for the future of the PSIplatform is very important, we would
really like to organize the first meeting between the PSIplatform core team
and the Advisory Board in May or June. By then, the platform will have been
underway for some first months, and your guidance on our way forward will be
very valuable.

Our first attempts at finding a suitable date for all of you were not
successful, so I hope we can set a new date!

Could you please let us know by *Monday 11 April* if you are available on
the following dates?

- 18/05

- 19/05

- 20/05

- 23/05

- 30/05

Other dates that are less ideal but also possible, are:

- 9/5

- 20/6

- 21/6

- 22/6

- 23/6

Best regards,

dr. Katleen Janssen
