[epsi-coord] travel and accomodations for the AB meeting in June

Dear all,

My colleague Michelle Nannes is currently organizing hotels and flights for our AB-members for AB meeting in June. We fly them in on monday morning (or sunday night, depending on preference), and out tuesday morning, so that we have a meeting in the afternoon of the 20th (12h - 18h) and dinner afterwards with the group.

For Time.Lex and the OKF some travel and subsistance budget is reserved as well, but this budget is distributed already to your own budgets. Therefore, we leave it upon you to arrange your own travel for this trip. We have reserved hotel rooms for each partner (1 OKF, Katleen, Marc, Ton) but we expect you to pay for your room yourselves. Please let us know if we need to change anything to this booking! We'll provide you with details on the hotel at a later date, but it won't be exceeding the 100euro per night mark.

questions:
- Whom of the OKF will attend the Advisory Board Meeting? Daniel won't be there, so can we expect Antti? Or Jonathan?
- Marc, Ton, if you don't want a room reserved, please let me or my colleague MIchelle (Michelle.nannes at zenc.nl<mailto:Michelle.nannes at zenc.nl>) know asap.
