Dear Advisory Board Members,

We have invited you to our advisory Board Meeting on monday in the Hague. You all arrive at Schiphol around 9:30 am next monday. As you have been traveling since the early morning, we thought it would be best to pick you up. I will therefore be waiting for you at Schiphol airport in the morning. In the cental lobby of Schiphol (Schiphol Plaza) there is a 'meeting point'. I will await you there. If you have any trouble finding me, please give me a ring at +31655778353. I'll take you to the hotel to check your bags, after which we'll go to the Zenc offices.

To return, i recommend to take the train, details of which will be provided on monday. I am looking forward to seeing you on monday.
