[epsi-coord] ePSIplatform travel bursary for Open Government Data Camp 2011?

Hi guys,

What do you think about having a small ePSIplatform travel bursary to
help people who can't afford it attend Open Government Data Camp 2011
in Warsaw in October?

I'm particularly thinking of people from EU member states where there
is not such a strong track record of open PSI, and for non-affiliated
people who could not otherwise attend.

Perhaps the bursary could come with a requirement to write a post for
ePSIplatform about the discussions at the camp related to PSI in their
country, or suchlike?
