We've got 3091 registered e-mail addresses in our lists. We'd need to add
1000 'active users' under the contract. After short discussion with Tom, I
would go for that to mean we end up with over 4000 people in our mailing
list. If we aim for 'really active' as in commenting on the site, we'd need
to a much higher number of newly registered people, as the conversion rate
from registering to commenting is about 1 in 10. So aim for 1000 newly
registered people in our mailinglist/site.

I'd say, judging by our proposal, a Mission Meeting is an event where we go
to actively raise awareness for the European scope and perspective of the
PSI re-use debate. So it's not to show an EPSI slide, as it's not about
promoting us, but raising awareness.

to hear from the Guardian to do a short write-up. Nobody from us went there
by the way (as decided during our Berlin meeting)

Topics. EC will also suggest things I expect, but it will be good to have a
list things for the coming 8 months (until next meeting with EC)
