[epsi-coord] Technical work on ePSIplatform

Hi all,

Just to confirm the OKF is not keen to directly undertake work on the
ePSIplatform website - as we discussed in Berlin a little while ago,
and previously on a call with Rufus, Ton and Marc last autumn.
Apologies if this was not sufficiently clear earlier.

I believe that ZENC and Ton would take a lead in finding technical
contractors that they can liaise with directly in NL. Please consider
this a green light to do so!
