I thought as much :)
Ok, on the budget, if it's not needed then we can better spend it on a
different event. I will get in touch with Bogomil Shopov who is part of
organizing it (he already responded to my initial e-mail.) and offer to come
speak and participate to get to know the Bulgarians active in this space.
