I put some comments in the doc.

I won't be at the phone conference tomorrow, I have to give a presentation on OGD at a conference.

You have just recieved an e-mail from google docs, inviting you for a new document. I have made this doc, for your review, it isn't finished by far, but it gives a good insight in the way we are thinking about the PSI scoreboard.

The document contains some principles or guidelines for the development of the PSI scoreboard, as well as a first recommended list of indicators. They are divided in two groups.

Could you please be so kind and review them? I'd love to get your feedback! The indicators are all yes/no performance indicators. For more info about the indicators i direct you to the document in google docs, named: PSI Scoreboard principles & indicators
