Dear Juan,
I hope all is well with you.
Please find attached a draft flyer for the ePSI conference.
For the conference date April (with announcements going out now) would be
our preference. Possible dates are 6,13,20 April, with April 6th as our
preference (pending venue availability of course).
We would like to go for 6 April 2012 as the conference date.  Is that ok
with you?
If we don't hear back from you on the date, we'd like to move forward with
6 April as the date.
