[epsi-coord] drupal test site

hi guys,

I have been building a test site at
http://drupal-test.epsiplatform.net/which is now taking shape slowly
but steadily. The imported content in it is
currently the content until June 2011. We'll import all the existing content
before going life of course.

Am still working on ironing out details, and also of course still building
parts of the site. But you can get an idea of how it will be.

With the test-site mostly up and running, I plan to go live in the week of
Oct 10th.
