[epsi-coord] error in Scoreboard data?

Hi Tom,

I was browsing through the scoreboard data file
http://www.box.com/s/o5szyji9cn5uzk3oul41 and it seems in the Irish scores
there's info on France? As Etalab is mentioned as the rationale for
allocating some points.
