[epsi-coord] two questions

There is, under the budget line communication: 1000 for the video and 400
for pics.

My question is, what do we actually get?

What we need, in my view, is a full package, meaning that everything will be
arranged for and we do not have to do anything ourselves.

It would be good to receive a formal offer. Daniel, could you organize this?

If there are other views, please shout.

I would accept the video offer. Given price and timing we will not find
something else to compare with anyway.

Hi team,

I have two questions regarding the conference:

1. do we want to hire Volker to do the video and photo coverage. This would
cost us a total of 1300. I did send his estimate last week. If we wanted to
hire him we need to confirm this.

2. Lucy and Ira from OKF keep on asking if they could submit a proposal for
OpenSpending and CKAN workshop at the conference. Would this be possible or
is the programme set as is?
