[epsi-coord] two questions

Well, our promotional documents only mention live streaming of the
plenary, so we at any rate wouldn't have to worry about the parallel
tracks. That's probably not realistic cost-wise anyway. We just have to
decide if we want to offer live streaming of the plenary, or if it would
be sufficient to offer an online stream afterwards (nonlive, e.g. simply
through Youtube).

Hi
I am not in the position to promote Volker's work or the price he offers.
However OKF was very happy with his work for OKCon and OGDCamp.
I think lifestream is not included in this price. I guess the price will
rise because Volker would have to bring his assistant or at least get an
assisted organised by us. (He is already filming and taking pictures at
the same time).
The other thing I mentioned before is that he can only film one of the
parallel tracks at the time, meaning we will not miss 3 out of 4. If we
are looking into lifestream and getting all recorded the price will
definitely be higher.

are experts on this, but if I recall correctly Volker has done this type
of thing successfully before. The budget seems reasonable, so given the
time pressure I would suggest to go for it.

live streaming aspect, which we mentioned in some of our documents. Volker
mentioned 'hochladen' in his offer, but that would just be uploading
afterwards, right? It might be good to get that detail clarified. Not a
dealbreaker IMHO, but we just have to communicate correctly on this.
