Dear all,

I am now drafting the next update for Juan. Further to my yesterdays’ email and just to be on the safe side: have there been any changes to status of ‘your’ speakers? I have taken on board the changes discussed with Katleen and Daniel over the phone yesterday, so those are in. If so, please email them now.

Further to Juan’s request, I would like to send him an update by tomorrow 14.00.

For that reason: please speed up and intensify your efforts of getting confirmations in and register them in the planning document (name, name organisation and obviously in the right section), ultimately by tomorrow 12.00.

Those contacted but not confirmed yet, should be put in italic.

You really need to put this on the top of your priority list.

As per the Conference we are surprised to witness that the Programme does incorporate the names of speakers. We think that one month before the event occcus, these should have been confirmed by now, so that interested persons can sign in depending on who's participating.

Could provide us with an update.
