[epsi-coord] Trailblazers roll out

I've made some small additions too, mainly to make it more explicit now
that this is not just a concept anymore, but rather something that we will
actually go ahead with. I would suggest putting it online today, so that
there's still some time to build a buzz.

we really have to get the trailblazers out of the door. So I prepared a

It includes a Google DOc Form. Please feel free to add / edit the text. If
you agree I would publish it tomorrow morning.

@Ton: would be nice to have it in the slider, I am not sure how to do
this. Could you please advice?
