[epsi-coord] ePSI conference press release

I think this is a good idea.

Suggestions:
- Rolf Nordqvist
- Chris Taggert
- EC rep would be good, but I do not think they will do this (timely)
- ??

If we want to organize it, it needs to be done really fast.

Also, we may want to keep this in mind when preparing for the
'post-conference publicity'

One note on the PR: usually PR's always have citations. Journalists will
most likely not write about it without citation. Can we add some. Can we ask
3 people from our networks to write a sentence?

What do you think? is this too late?
