[epsi-coord] ePSI conference press release

I will send mail today asking for citations. We can anyway only incorporate this in the PR (I have not send to my german contacts yet but aim to do this by monday) if the replay swiftly. 

BTW: we should also not forget to collect testimonials form participants after the conference.
