[epsi-coord] EC Data portal contract awarded

Hi all,

the contract for the EC Data portal has been awarded. Main contractor is
Belgian semweb company Tenforce. They're also part of LOD2.

Daniel, Jonathan, looking at the subcontracted work for a.o. community
engagement to the tune of 375k, can I assume congratulations are in order
to the OKF?
