Dear all,

Attached you will find the sponsor document, which you can use to find

In particular I would appreciate your guts feed back (during CC) on Annex 1,
which I envisage to be the 'poster' of our Conference, which needs to be
tidied up, of course.

Onderwerp: [epsi-coord] conf call today

Hi all,

As I have a cold with splitting headache, I will probably not be in the call

Had a conf w Katleen and Daniel last wk.

Daniel worked on TR last Thursday.

Me and Daniel will now work on approaching speakers.

Had a conv w ESRI. They are likely to sponsor us with 2500,- and bags for
conference material.

Will know more in coming days.

Also am talking to Adobe about sponsoring. No news there yet.

We've got 153 people registered. Half from outside NL.

This week I'm making news items, info sheets and approaching possible
speakers. Will ping Daniel tomorrow about that last bit, to divide the list
of people to contact. Some of our intended speakers already registered for
the conference. Any time left over will be spend on narrative database.

Haven't heard from EC on our Tech Report. Did Zenc get a formal reply
perhaps? Would be good if we could send them our 2nd. invoice
