Dear Ton,

on our call today we wondered about the status of the programme planning and invitations.

I recall you said you would draft an invitation letter. Do you have one? Did you already start inviting people?

If not I am happy to draft a short invitation letter and start inviting people. I have time for this week and would love to get this rolling.
