[epsi-coord] questionaire

Dear all,

As promised I have created a small Questionaire based on the four objectives of the contract. Can you please give me some feedback?

Basically I ask the recipient to state his country and his audience group (data holder, policy maker, activist etc!) Then, there are 7 questions

I have refrained from asking about the PSI Scoreboard, since it's hardly been up. Also, is the Narrative database thingy still live? I couldn't find it in the menu… Perhaps it's me… But I think we should check it out.

@Ton: if we want to feature this in the site, do we have a drupal extension for questionaires already installed??
